I've realised the reason for me not being able to meditate like before may be because of the constant M4 hum noise i hear in my new house, which comes into my focus even more when being still and quiet. But I don't want to acknowledge this may be the reason - as it will only make me more aware of and angry about it, perpetuating the problem
