Zen.
- I like the philosophy and prioritisation of zazen over study.
- I will go to Japan in the next one or two years.
Tibetan / Triratna.
- Some of the art is pretty colourful and cool
- Cardiff Buddhist centre is Triratna. So is the ND Buddhist book club.
Theravada.
- Has the most psychologically robust teachings and meditation instructions
- I like vipassana.
- Someday doing a retreat on a beach in Southeast Asia sounds nice.
